As part of their stay, our guests experience the daily life of a historic winery and its century-old barrel room. They are welcomed not as mere visitors, but as friends of the house. They share conversations with the winemaker, taste wines straight from the barrel guided by the same hands that harvest the grapes. They explore the vineyards in our classic Land Rover Defender alongside those who tend the land, uncovering archaeological remains and learning how tradition and sustainability blend in every decision we make.
During harvest season, we invite them to join the fieldwork, picking grapes, pressing the must, and enjoying a vineyard lunch.
